TELSTAR BOOTINTRO KILLER....
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Before I tell you how this tool works, I will explain why I wrote
this little program...
There are some people on this earth who like to place intro's on their
'own' released disks. One of them calls himself 'THE SURVIVOR'. He
places a little intro on every disk he can get his hands on. Besides
the fact that it is really stupid to place an intro before a megademo
or before a full utility- or docsdisk, it is even more stupid if a
disk or part of a disk is destroyed by this. Take the TELSTAR bootintro,
when you smash this program on a disk, the install program makes you
search for empty sectors on the disk. Some dude who doesn't know what
he is doing (like 'THE SURVIVOR) can easily destroy a good disk this way.
This utility doesn't fix the destroyed disk, but it will ripp-of the
intro and restore the origional bootcode so people like 'THE SURVIVOR'
won't get any credit.
I hope that Utility's like this won't be used anymore, and if you decide
to do it anyway, make sure you don't destroy anything!!.
How it works:
~~~~~~~~~~~~
Run the program from the CLI by just typing 'TellKill'. Now the program
displays a message and asks you to insert a disk with a TELSTARINTRO on it.
If there is no intro on the disk, it will say so. If there is, the drive
starts to work and before you know it the work is done. After this the
program asks you if you want to do another disk, well I think this is
not so hard to understand.
I especially made this tool for some people in DEN HELDER because they got
very sick about this intro. I hope you never need to use it.........
PS.
Look out for our super MEGADEMO, it will be available soon!!!!
I will also release a LIGHTPAPER for commercial purposes. If
any computerstore wants a REAL lightpaper on the amiga then they
can contact me at the following adress:
Sander Wezelman

A preview of this program will probably appear on UGA NEWSFLASH.
